At U-M, the largest formal “thank you” campaign of all is underway.

A group of four undergraduates are aiming to compile at least 1,000 notes of gratitude directed at Michigan Medicine faculty and staff for their efforts during the pandemic.

Fellow students, U-M employees (including those at Michigan Medicine) and outside community members are invited to send a thank you note by April 10. You can do so by clicking here!

The initiative will culminate in a massive art installation at University Hospital, in which large letters will spell out the words “THANK YOU.” Each letter will be filled with balls that will include names and messages.

The display is scheduled to be installed on April 15.
