Free Parkinson’s movement and dance class offered through April 7

You are invited to a free class designed for people with Parkinson’s and their families/care partners.

In these classes taught by Megan Sims, participants will explore music and movement in ways that are enjoyable, creative and stimulating.  This program is appropriate for all levels of PD. No dance experience is required.

This session will be offered online on Wednesday mornings through April 7. The movement class is from 10:30-11:30 a.m. A $30 suggested donation is encouraged for those who can afford it.
