The University of Michigan Transplant Center is pleased to offer our 15th Annual Advanced Liver Disease and Liver Transplantation Update as a live webinar. This course is to provide an update on recent developments in the management of patients with advanced liver disease including recent shifts in the etiology of liver failure, medical management of alcoholic liver disease, and the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in patients with liver disease. In addition, updates on the evolving use of living donor liver transplantation for adults and children with liver failure will be reviewed along with developments of biomarkers and protocols to achieve immunological tolerance in long-term liver transplant recipients.
