Call for new members: Advancing Inclusive Leadership for Women and Underrepresented Identities subcommittee
The Advancing Inclusive Leadership for Women and Underrepresented Identities Subcommittee is currently seeking applicants to fill a maximum of six membership positions.
The AIL Committee focuses on developing and implementing innovative ways to reduce discrimination and emphasize inclusive leadership skills and competencies throughout the institution.

AIL committee member qualifications:
- Permanent Michigan Medicine employee
- Demonstrated interest and involvement in enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion at Michigan Medicine
- Upon selection, AIL committee chairs will contact your immediate supervisor for approval
Please fill out the application form no later than Tuesday, Dec. 1. Notification of selection will occur by January 2021.
The three-year term will begin shortly after selection.
