You’re invited: Patient Experience Learning Forum on Oct. 27
All Michigan Medicine faculty and staff are warmly invited to the next Patient Experience Learning Forum, “PX 101: What Matters Most to Patients and Families.”
During this session, there will be a discussion on what matters most to the patients and families served at Michigan Medicine, a reflection on how everyone impacts patients, and a reconnection with the organization’s purpose in caring for others.
This event will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 27 from 1-2:30 p.m. virtually via Zoom.

Continuing education credits for nursing and social work:
- Michigan Medicine Nursing Professional Development & Education is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91) 1.5 nursing contact hours will be provided.
- Michigan Medicine Department of Social Work is an approved provider with the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative, Provider #MICEC 0056. This program has been approved for a maximum of 1.5 continuing education clock hours.
- Employees seeking Nursing CEs must be signed into Zoom with their first and last name from 1-2:30 p.m. and complete the Qualtrics survey after the event.
- Employees seeking Social Work CEs must be signed into Zoom with first and last name by 1:10 p.m. until at least 2:30 p.m. Screenshots will be taken in case of an audit. If you are not signed in with first and last name at both 1:10 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., you will not receive credit for this presentation.
