PolicyStat learning opportunities open to faculty, staff

Are you ready to start moving your documents over to PolicyStat?

If so, you’re invited to join a virtual workshop where you will learn the process and requirements for moving documents to PolicyStat.

During the workshop, attendees will look at several sample documents and talk about the steps necessary to prepare for uploading to PolicyStat.

The workshop is scheduled for 90 minutes. The first half (about 45 minutes) will include a presentation of the preparation process and a review of the tools designed to help you. The second half will be devoted to questions, clarifications and examples.

Sessions will be held:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 20: 10-11:30 a.m.
  • Monday, Oct. 26: 2-3:30 p.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 9: 2-3:30 p.m.
  • Monday, Dec. 14: 3-4:30 p.m.

Your documents are in PolicyStat — now what?

A virtual bootcamp is being offered to discuss how to complete assigned actions in PolicyStat. The training is designed for document owners, editors, collaborators, approvers and administrators.

The first hour of each session will include a presentation covering the following areas:

  • Searching
  • Notifications
  • Home Tab / Dashboard
  • Approval Workflows
  • Create a New Document
  • Reviewing & Editing
  • Collaboration

The second hour will be devoted to questions, clarifications and examples. The work will be directed by the attendees, who are encouraged to stay for as long as they would like.

Sessions will be held:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 3: 10 a.m. – Noon
  • Monday, Dec. 7: 9-11 a.m.
