Mastering Civility workshops for managers and leaders rescheduled for November

October 16, 2020  //  FOUND IN: Updates & Resources

These sessions were originally scheduled for April 2020. They have been rescheduled for the date and times below.

Incivility is prevalent in organizations, and it’s getting worse. The costs of incivility are rising, too.

Christine Porath will discuss the varied ways that incivility wrecks performance and robs the bottom line. In this interactive workshop, she will explain what civility buys you — and what you can focus on to be more effective.

She will also share recommendations for what leaders should do to enhance their influence and craft a more respectful and thriving work environment.

Faculty and staff at the manager level and above are invited to participate in the Mastering Civility workshop.

Choose one of three sessions:

Thursday, Nov. 12
10 a.m. – noon

1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

All sessions will be held virtually. A Zoom link will be sent in the confirmation email.
