Are you struggling with pain?
Are you experiencing symptoms that are affecting your daily life?
Are you feeling overwhelmed with managing a health condition?
If you are living with a long-term health condition, get support without leaving your home. Join Better Choices, Better Health® (BCBH), a small virtual group of people just like you managing pain, stress or increased isolation.
Developed by Stanford University, BCBH is a free, anonymous six-week online workshop led by trained leaders. You will receive support and learn new ways to manage pain, medications, or whatever matters most to you.
The BCBH workshops are proven to help people:
- Better manage chronic pain and stress
- Reduce feelings of loneliness and depression
- Lower blood sugar and increase physical activity
