October 19, 2020  //  FOUND IN: Updates & Resources

Believe it or not, the simple act of keeping track of healthy behaviors can be really helpful. It’s true. Keeping track of things like eating well, staying socially connected with people, and being active can help encourage you to do even more of these behaviors.

A great new option to help you build a habit of taking healthy breaks every day is MHealthy’s Be Well Breaks. It is a fun tracking game that is an updated version of MHealthy’s popular Mini Vacations program.

Here’s how it works

Each week, for six weeks, you’ll receive three reminder emails with tips and motivation for self-care. The goal is to help prompt you to take a personal pause a couple of times every day.

The emails will have brand new videos and other content including:

  • Examples of movements and stretches designed to help people who are Zooming all day.
  • Guided meditation and mindful videos that are super short – perfect for refreshing between tasks.
  • Healthy food suggestions
  • Weekend challenges

Take breaks, feel better, get cool virtual swag

As an extra incentive, if you complete your tracking form for all six weeks and a post-survey, you will receive a custom Be Well Breaks completion Zoom Background and email signature graphic.
