Plan ahead: P4 (Simpson) and Glen parking structure repairs

Please be advised that beginning next week, Logistics, Transportation & Parking will initiate projects in the P4 (Simpson Structure) and Glen Structure in order to address critical repair needs.

Here’s what you need to know if you will be parking in the area:

P4

The contractor is scheduled to mobilize on-site beginning Wednesday, Sept. 9. Project work includes temporary shoring, floor and concrete beam repairs, and traffic topping.  

Traffic redirection will occur on Levels 1 through 4 of the structure due to the location of the required shoring and repairs. Changes to traffic flow will be in place for approximately four weeks and signage will direct drivers within the structure. Please drive cautiously.

Approximately 25 spaces will be closed during the project in repair areas on levels 1-4.  

Glen Structure

The contractor is expected to mobilize on-site beginning the week of Sept. 14. Project work includes temporary shoring, floor and concrete beam repairs, and traffic topping.

Approximately 45 spaces will be closed during the project in repair areas on levels 3-6.

Notification to parkers will be posted at each structure and both projects are planned for completion by the end of November.
