Faculty workshop: Becoming a mindful provider

In this course for faculty, physicians will be introduced to the concept of Mindful Awareness and learn the mindfulness techniques to bring a sense of peace, joy compassion and generosity to their daily life. Talks and guided meditations will be tailored to physicians and the many challenges they face.

The course will consist of talks, guided meditations, silent meditations and ample time for discussion, and each participant will create their own written formula for becoming a Mindful Provider.
