Do you have an idea for creating a patient education material but don’t have a budget to develop it? Would you like to provide your patients with a commercially available material but your department lacks the funds to purchase it? Your project may qualify for a Patient Education award!

The Patient Education Awards Committee (PEAC) is opening a new funding cycle on Sept. 1, 2020 and will accept applications until Sept. 30, 2020.

Departments may apply for funding to develop new patient education materials or to purchase commercially available patient education materials.

Review the Call for Applications to learn more about the types of materials that may be considered, allowable expenses and evaluation criteria. Visit the Funding Page on the Patient Education and Health Literacy (PEHL) Program website to learn about the application process and request a link to the online application form.
