Photo gallery: Cars cruise past Michigan Medicine to show appreciation for front-line employees

Honking horns, signs and banners swaying in the wind. Those were all part of a recent special event held on the main medical campus.
The Detroit Area Modern Mopar Car Club and a local Corvette club joined together to do a cruise to show appreciation for Michigan Medicine’s and St. Joseph-Mercy’s front-line staff.
A special thank you goes to Michigan Medicine security Lt. Nikki Greet for organizing this event, officer Erin Kaltz for assisting, and the U-M for helping to lead the procession and conduct traffic control.
