Take action: Update your Zoom app this week

Beginning Saturday, May 30, all Zoom desktop and mobile applications must be upgraded to version 5.0 or greater in order to join any meeting. This is a required security update from Zoom which allows stronger encryption to be fully enabled for all meetings.

If you haven’t already, please update all Core Macs, Flex and personal devices with the latest Zoom software version by:

• Clicking ‘Update’ in the app OR visiting zoom.us/download, and downloading the ‘Zoom Client for Meetings’. This will update your existing application

Core Windows machines connected to the network or VPN were pushed the update earlier this week and no action is required.
