Please be advised that a construction repair project is scheduled to begin in the Catherine parking structure on Monday, June 1. Substantial completion of the project is planned for late August.

Here’s what you need to know:

Project work includes partial and full-depth concrete slab, ceiling, beam, column, wall and stair repairs. There will also be facade repairs, floor crack and joint sealing, as well as stair tread and landing repairs.

Construction repairs will occur during weekday day shift, evenings and on weekends. Up to 60 spaces will be closed on weekdays and the entire deck will be closed over 2-3 weekends.

The first phase will close parking spaces on Level 1 for approximately two weeks.

  • For this phase, the ground level entry and exit from Ann Street will be closed. Structure access will remain available from Catherine Street and the upper-level connection with Ann Structure.
  • First floor Gold spaces will be temporarily relocated to upper levels within the Catherine Structure.

Work will proceed in the structure’s north parking bays until reaching the roof level and will then proceed to the south bays, moving down toward the first floor.

Signage will be posted notifying parkers of any space closures and changes to traffic flow.
