High reliability universal skills training sessions canceled through May

In recognition of the ongoing commitment needed to fight COVID-19, Michigan Medicine is canceling all high reliability universal skills classes through the end of May.

Staff who have registered for a class in May do not need to do anything at this time. All registrants will be notified of the cancelation through MLearning.

As of now, classes scheduled in June will continue and more classes will be added throughout the summer and fall to accommodate faculty and staff whose classes were canceled due to the pandemic.

Everyone is encouraged to continue utilizing high reliability skills and promote use of them in your area. Several one-page reference guides have been created to help team members more easily adopt a common language around high reliability. The reference guides can be found here.
