Parking and transportation update

Please be advised that beginning on Monday, March 23, additional buses will be added at peak times to Michigan Medicine routes to assist with social distancing. As capacity allows, these changes will take place between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. and then between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

In some cases, buses will be arriving in tandem. The focus will be on the Glazier Way/Fuller Road parking areas.   

Additionally, please be reminded of service changes that were announced earlier this week.

Weekdays

  • Bursley-Baits and Northwood service will be combined. This route will operate at a 20-minute frequency from 7:05 a.m. until 12:15 a.m.
  • Commuter North: no change in service
  • Commuter South: no change in service
  • Crisler Express: no change in service
  • Med Express: no change in service
  • North-East Shuttle: no change in service
  • Oxford Shuttle: will operate 7:15 a.m. until 1:45 a.m.
  • Wall Street – NIB: no change in service
  • Wall Street Express: no change in service
  • Michigan Medicine contracted shuttles are continuing to operate

Weekends

  • Bursley-Baits and Northwood service will be combined. This route will operate at a 20-minute frequency from 8:25 a.m. until 12:15 a.m.
  • Oxford Shuttle: will operate 5:10 p.m. until 9:45 p.m.

Please note that passengers will be required to board and alight university buses from the rear doors.
