Michigan Medicine resources to help you cope during a crisis
As Michigan Medicine enters uncharted territory with COVID-19, there are resources to help you cope and understand how to navigate your feelings.
During a time of crisis, confusion, uncertainty, fear and anxiety make it difficult to continue daily routines and maintain a balance in mental health.
The Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience (OCWR) is open and available to provide support to Michigan Medicine faculty and staff.
As members of the health care community, OCWR recognizes the extraordinary commitment that individuals and teams make each and every day to provide healing and hope. OCWR is here to help support your needs as you care for others.
To set up an appointment at OCWR or speak to a professional counselor, please call 734-763-5409.
Michigan Medicine Headlines will continue to provide regular updates on the COVID-19, as well as tips on how to cope during a crisis.
