Marschall Runge, M.D., Ph.D., focuses on compassion in latest ‘Minute with Marschall’

In his latest blog post, Marschall S. Runge, M.D., Ph.D., reminds faculty and staff that “challenging times require compassion.”

That’s especially true as the organization deals with the COVID-19 pandemic.

As Runge said, “Whether you are on the front line caring for patients or in a back room adjusting schedules and procedures based on the latest data on COVID-19, the accelerated time-lines and sheer volume of decision-making and work can be exhausting and stressful.”
