HITS adds Remote Desktop Access, ‘Virtual Assistant’ to help remote workers stay connected, productive

With many Michigan Medicine employees working remotely, HITS continues to add new resources to help everyone stay connected and productive, including:
- Remote Access to Onsite Windows Devices: Step-by-step guide to establish remote access to a core Windows device located onsite at Michigan Medicine so you can access files and applications.
- NEW! HITS Virtual Assistant: Makes getting answers to common remote work-related questions faster and easier. Just visit the HITS Customer Portal (requires Level-2 access), and click the purple icon in the lower right-hand corner.
During the COVID-19 event, HITS is working harder than ever to improve existing support channels, and offer new and better ways for people to connect and share. Stay tuned for additional updates.
