The ACGME’s Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) program remains committed to continuous improvement toward the goal of optimizing the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

The domain of patient safety will be a topic covered at sessions with the site visitors. The standard is that residents know their role in and how to report safety events and that patient safety events are reported via the clinical site’s preferred system found here.
