Bone and Joint Acute Injury Clinic Opens at Brighton Center for Specialty Care
A clinic for adult patients with bone and joint acute injuries opened today, March 30, at the Brighton Center for Specialty Care.
The clinic was established to reduce exposure to adult patients during the global coronavirus epidemic and to redirect these injuries from the Emergency Department.
The clinic is fully staffed by orthopedic surgeons and physicians, dedicated musculoskeletal nursing and physician assistant staff, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists, anesthesiologists and radiology specialists, with access to the onsite outpatient surgery center and comprehensive musculoskeletal imaging capabilities, if needed.
Procedures requiring sedation and fluoroscopy are also available on site.
Patients do not need to call ahead and no appointment is necessary.
Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
