The first full week of February served as a chance to honor those who stand out at Michigan Medicine.

To kick-off the week — and in the wake of Super Bowl LIV — employees were asked to nominate the MVPs and superstars in their unit or department. Later on, faculty and staff were recognized for making a difference in January. In between, readers learned how experts helped a 1-year-old hear for the first time thanks to cochlear implants, and team members were given insight into changes made since the 2019 Employee Engagement Survey.
