All Michigan Medicine faculty and staff are invited to the 30th annual MLK Health Sciences Lecture featuring Jalonne L. White-Newsome, Ph.D. The lecture will be held today at 1 p.m. at Dow Auditorium inside University Hospital’s Towsley Center.
Her talk, titled “The (Mis)Education of US on Climate and Health,” will focus on the intersection of climate change, health and racial equity. Refreshments will be served both before and after the lecture.
For those who cannot attend the MLK Health Sciences Lecture in person, the lecture will also be available via live stream at this link.
