Alert: Wall Street-East Ann Arbor express shuttle to be discontinued

December 16, 2019  //  FOUND IN: Updates & Resources

Please be advised that due to low demand, the temporary shuttle service between Wall Street and East Ann Arbor will be discontinued, effective Monday, Dec. 23.

The service — which was initiated in June at the start of construction of the Wall Street West parking structure — utilized two shuttles, operating every 20 minutes for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.

In response to low demand for the service, and a natural adjustment of parking habits due to the Wall Street West construction, the express shuttle will not continue to operate. Instead, its resources will be reallocated to other parking and transportation initiatives around the organization.

The Wall Street West structure is scheduled to open in Fall 2020.
