You’re invited: Expect Respect workshop
All Michigan Medicine faculty and staff are invited to attend an Expect Respect workshop, being held as part of the 2019 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit.
The workshop will utilize the CLARA method of effective listening and communication in order to practice and reinforce respect for individuals on a daily basis.

The session will be facilitated by Tarnisha McLaughlin-Grayson, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, training specialist lead with Michigan Medicine Organizational Effectiveness/Organizational Learning; and Nancy Kuemin, J.D., volunteer coordinator for the Office of Patient Experience.
It will take place from 12:30 – 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 in the NCRC Building 18 Dining Hall.
