Plan ahead: Upcoming parking lot closures

Please be advised of a few upcoming projects in area parking lots and plan ahead if you will be parking in the area.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The NC21 and SC38 parking lots are scheduled to close the evening of Friday, Oct. 11 in order to complete crack sealing on Saturday, Oct. 12. The lots will re-open when work is completed and will be back in service by Monday, Oct. 14.
- From 10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11 until 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, NC78 is anticipated to be closed for sweeping/maintenance of the porous pavement. All parked vehicles must be vacated from the lot by 5 a.m. on Saturday morning to avoid being towed. Signage will be posted notifying parkers of the closure.
- The NC27, M27 and M34 lots are expected to close the evening of Saturday, Oct. 19 in order to complete crack sealing on Sunday, Oct. 20. The lots will re-open when work is completed and will be back in service by Monday, Oct. 21.
