Please be advised that ongoing road work around Ann Arbor may cause traffic delays and several bus routes are currently on detour.
Plan ahead and expect delays and alert patients if they will be traveling in the area.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Maiden Lane’s westbound lane, between Nielsen Court and Plymouth Road, is expected to be closed from today until Friday, Oct. 18. Traffic will be shifted into the center lane to maintain two-way traffic.
- Nielsen Court, between Maiden Lane and Wall Street, is scheduled to be closed through Oct. 19. The adjacent sidewalks on Nielsen Court will also be closed. During the closure, the U-M bus stop on Nielsen Court will be moved to Maiden Lane Court.
- Expected to begin Monday, Oct. 28 and lasting through the end of March, the eastbound lane of Maiden Lane, between Plymouth Road and Nielsen Court, will be closed intermittently between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for work associated with the Wall Street West parking structure. During that time, traffic will be shifted to the middle lane to maintain two-way traffic.
