Meaningful Development: Your Individual Development Plan and Action Planning: During this session, you will take a deeper dive into your individual development plan and begin to outline concrete and specific action plans that will move you closer toward success. You will have an opportunity to learn about a variety of resources available to you, as well as leverage one of your most underutilized resources – networking with others. Successful completion of this session will leave you with an actionable development guide, increased awareness of available developmental resources and increased connections with others within the organization.
