All Michigan Medicine faculty and staff are invited to keep the community warm over the next few months.

The 4th annual winter clothing drive is underway across the organization and broader Ann Arbor area. Team members can donate new or gently used and laundered items (coats, gloves, hats, scarves and more) by Nov. 9.

You can drop off your clothing at any of the following locations:

  • CVC, inside the gift shop on floor 2
  • KMS (3621 South State Street, 24/7 Café)
  • MSTCVS QC (2929 Plymouth Road, #325)
  • NCRC Building 14 (G100 IHPI Scholars)
  • NCRC Building 16 (4th floor kitchen)
  • NCRC Building 400 (Kitchen)
  • Ann Arbor Academy
  • Emerson School
  • South Arbor Academy
  • Rudolf Steiner Lower School
  • Rudolf Steiner Upper School

Once the drive is over, students from the Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor will collect the donations and organize the logistics of dispensing them to families in need through The House By the Side of the Road in Ann Arbor.

The clothing driving has grown over the years:

  • 2016: 90 items donated
  • 2017: 370 items donated
  • 2018: 700 items donated
  • 2019: The organization hopes to distribute 1,000+ items!
