You’re invited: Burn Injury Awareness Picnic at Gallup Park

Burn survivors, family members, firefighters, medical professionals and friends of the Trauma Burn Center are invited to an upcoming picnic at Gallup Park!

The picnic — which will help raise awareness and funds for burn injuries — will be held on Sept. 22 in the Fast Pavilion, located at 3174 Gallup Park Road in Ann Arbor.

There is a volleyball net on-site and there will be an annual walk as part of the event.

Lady Darla the Great Dane and Therapaws will be joining the festivities again this year! Please bring camping chairs and blankets for you and your family’s comfort.

When: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22

Location: Gallup Park Fast Pavilion, 3174 Gallup Park Road, Ann Arbor

Pre-registration is required and can be completed by clicking here.

Check-in will begin at 11 a.m. and the welcome and walk will be held at noon. The picnic will immediately follow the walk.

Cost: Adults: $8; Children 12 and younger: $5
