Free Zumba workshop offered in UH Courtyard
Join MHealthy in the University Hospital Courtyard on Thursday, Aug. 8 for a free Zumba workshop!
The workshop is family friendly and open to faculty, staff and the public. All fitness levels and abilities welcome. A shaded patio is available for people to participate in chairs/wheelchairs.
An MHealthy instructor will teach dance and aerobic movements to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, Latinx and other dance traditions from around the world.
The workshop is a collaboration between MHealthy and Michigan Medicine Gifts of Art.
In case of rain or excessive heat, the workshop will move to UH South, F1523.
