All Michigan Medicine employees who took a Crucial Conversations course will have an opportunity to practice what they learned.
The Crucial Conversations Skill Practice Lab will allow participants to:
- Recall key concepts of CC
- Apply STATE skills and other critical techniques
- Review real-life Crucial Conversations
The lab will be held on Monday, Sept. 23 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in training rooms A/B in the North Campus Administrative Complex. It is free.
