Alert: UMHS-GlobalUser to be updated; what to watch for in your email inbox

Please be advised that the UMHS-GlobalUser email address will soon be retired. In the coming weeks, employees will begin receiving emails from two new email addresses: MM-Headlines@med.umich.edu and MM-EmployeeMessage@med.umich.edu.

The new addresses are easier to identify and more accurately reflect the name of the academic medical center. The addresses also fall in line with the types of messages they will be sending.

Of course, MM-Headlines will be sending out Headlines, the daily Michigan Medicine employee newsletter.

MM-EmployeeMessage, meanwhile, will be alerting faculty and staff to important information that they should be aware of.

These two addresses will not be sending spam messages, so please ensure that emails from these accounts are not automatically delivered to your spam folder. 

The changes are scheduled to take effect on Monday, Aug. 26.
