C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital’s Congenital Heart Center will host an afternoon of cars and car-related activities at Caden’s Car Show, a family-friendly event.

The show was named in honor of Caden Bowles, an extraordinary 11-year-old patient who passed away while waiting for a suitable donor. Congenital heart disease affects 1 in 110 children born in Michigan each year. Mott honors Caden’s memory, curiosity and spirit with this annual event.

The 6th annual Caden’s Car Show will be held from 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 4, on the P3 parking deck.

It will include dozens of show cars representing the early days of the automobile through the latest in transportation technology.

Supercars, silly cars, race cars and big trucks will be on display from automakers including Rolls-Royce, Chrysler, McLaren, Ford, MercedesBenz, General Motors, Hyundai, Volkswagen and many more.

A limited number of tickets are available at $10 each. Advance ticket purchase is required by clicking here. Sponsorships are also available.

Plan to attend this event to help raise awareness about the importance of organ donation and organ donor registration. You may also help honor Caden and all pediatric heart patients by joining the Wolverines for Life donor registry.
