Plan ahead: NC91, NC 100 parking lot maintenance projects

Please be advised that parking lot NC91 (near NCRC) is scheduled for reconstruction this summer.

Work is anticipated to start on Tuesday, May 28 and will take roughly two months to complete. The lot will be closed during this time.

Signage will be posted notifying parkers of the lot closure.

Additionally, a project to relight and repaint NC100 is planned to begin on Tuesday, May 28, with substantial completion anticipated by Aug. 30.

There are expected to be rolling space closures of up to 60 spaces at a time for approximately 60 days (note the roof level will not be impacted by larger closures). Special program spaces will be relocated as needed during parking bay closures.

In late July and August, there will likely be two full weekend closures of the structure for interior painting. There may also be temporary impacts along the North Ring Road sidewalk when DTE is making electrical connections.
