Nominate exceptional staff for Camille Mrozowski Award
The Medical School Office of Research is proud to announce the third annual Camille Mrozowski Award for Service Excellence in Research.
The award is open to administrative staff (not classified as “managerial”) who work outside of the Office of Research and support medical school research.
Applications should be submitted via Competition Space, and include name, title, department, years employed, as well as one nomination letter and two letters of support.
The nomination deadline is Friday, June 28.
During Camille Mrozowski’s 27-year career in the U-M Medical School Office of Research, she performed various roles, and to each of them she brought her personal warmth, integrity, sincerity and an unwavering commitment to supporting the research mission of the school. She took pride in her work, and always went above and beyond in helping her faculty, coworkers and diverse customers of the office.
Last year, Arijit K. Bhaumik, research administrator for the Michigan Alzheimer’s Disease Center (MADC) in the Department of Neurology, was recognized for his passion, professionalism, tireless commitment and extraordinary care for both researchers and their patients.
Please take this opportunity to honor an exceptional individual, like Camille and Arijit, who support research in your department. The awardee will be recognized this fall with a reception and a cash award.
