MLearning downtime scheduled for Friday
On Friday, May 17, all tests and quizzes within the MLearning system will be unavailable for a scheduled system upgrade. This outage is expected to begin at 9 a.m. and end at 6 p.m.
During this downtime, users may still register for instructor-led courses and review eLearning courses, but will not be able to take the associated tests. Users will receive an outage reminder message if they attempt to launch tests and quizzes.
Please note: Courses with a test/quiz will not be marked complete until a successful test/quiz score is achieved.
It is recommended that learners complete required eLearnings in MLearning on a different day, as this downtime will impact all institutional mandatories and MiChart eLearning courses, as well as any eLearning course with a required test or quiz.
Updates regarding test and quiz availability will be provided on the MLearning homepage.
