Research faculty interested in pursuing collaborative or large-scale funding opportunities are encouraged to attend the all-new Team Science Workshop next Thursday, May 23.
This workshop will provide foundational information about team science, a demonstration of the Michigan Research Experts database, an overview of U-M Medical School and MICHR resources available for team science initiatives, and a discussion with an expert panel of faculty members who have successfully garnered collaborative or large-scale funding.
The faculty panel participants for this workshop include:
- Howard Crawford, Ph.D., professor, departments of molecular and integrative physiology & internal medicine
- James Douglas Engel, Ph.D., Elizabeth C. Crosby Professor, Department of Cell & Developmental Biology
- Marina Pasca di Magliano, Ph.D., associate professor, departments of surgery & cell and developmental biology
- Kevin Ward, M.D., professor, departments of emergency medicine and biomedical engineering
