The Medical Education Scholars Program (MESP) is now accepting applications for the 2019-2020 year! Applications are open now and close on May 7.
The Department of Learning Health Sciences Medical Education Scholars Program (MESP) is an internationally-acclaimed annual program established in 1998 by the U-M Medical School. MESP provides an opportunity for competitively selected faculty to study principles of medical education in depth, with the support and direction of department faculty.
The 10-month program is designed for medical school faculty and a limited number of fellows to develop as leaders in medical education. Skills emphasized include educational leadership, teaching, and scholarship.
