Interpreter Services to temporarily reduce office hours

Please be advised that Interpreter Services is expected to reduce its office hours temporarily.

Between Monday, April 29 and Friday, June 28, the office is scheduled to be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.

As always, interpreters are available 24/7 either by pre-scheduling, over the phone, or following the office’s after-hours procedures, which can be found here.

For ACUs, please schedule directly to an interpreter for the following languages: Arabic, Chinese – Mandarin, Chinese – Cantonese, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Sign Language, Sign Language – Tactile, Spanish. Please review this tip sheet with all scheduling staff in any ACU, as scheduling directly to interpreters in the languages listed above increase the likelihood that patients are scheduled at a time when an interpreter is available.
