In October 2019, Michigan Medicine is hosting the annual Healthcare Data & Analytics Association (HDAA) conference at the nearby Eagle Crest Resort.

HDAA is a volunteer-led organization focused on sharing the most current data and analytics information to impact and improve health care delivery. The conference is a powerful way to connect with other data and analytics experts.

Share your expertise, creative solutions and new ideas at the HDAA 2019 annual conference. Become a member (it’s free) and submit an abstract now.

Last year, the conference attracted 300 data and analytics practitioners and experts from across the country.

HDAA 2019 conference attendees can look forward to a host of keynote speeches, presentations, posters, panels and roundtables addressing topics ranging from big data, to predictive analytics, governance, research, managing health and more.

“Faculty and staff from across Michigan Medicine regularly attend the annual HDAA conference and leave inspired with new approaches and ideas for creative solutions to issues that are challenging those in health care,” said Rich Leazer, manager, HITS Documentation and Publishing, and co-chair of the event.

“We’re proud to be hosting the conference this year and hope it inspires some of our own Michigan Medicine experts to share what they know through presentation and poster submissions,” Leazer added.

This year’s conference theme is The Art of Data & Analytics. The call for abstracts is now open. Submit your idea for a presentation, poster, roundtable or panel today.
