Please join us on Monday, February 25th, from 3-4pm in the CVC Danto Auditorium for an expert panel discussion and Q&A.

Jack Stem is a health care addiction expert and former CRNA, who will share his personal story with drug diversion and his road to recovery. Jack has worked extensively with health care professionals with substance use disorder, state boards, peer support networks and is a nationally known speaker on these topics.

Dr. Strobbe is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing who is internationally renowned for his work involving substance use disorders (SUD). He is board certified in both addictions and psychiatric nursing. He is the immediate past President of the International Nurses Society on Addictions and has published many SUD related works.

Wendy Snyder is a registered nurse at Michigan Medicine, working with the Heart Failure Telemanagement Program. Wendy has been a part of the nursing staff at Michigan Medicine since 2012. In addition to her nursing experience, Wendy spent 18 years as a paramedic. She currently holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and is working on a PhD.
