The conference keynote will be a conversation with Cynthia H. Bowman, chief diversity & inclusion officer for Bank of America, and U-M diversity leaders who will discuss the differences between the DEI strategies that corporations and educational institutions can implement, as well as best practices employees can use to create a more inclusive workplace.

The opening keynote address will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. in Hill Auditorium. The keynote is open to the general public and no registration is required. Pre-registration is required to attend the career conference workshops and luncheon.
