Health Professions Education Day coming soon

Health Professions Education Day will be held April 2 at the Michigan League.

This annual event aims to spark interprofessional collaboration, bringing together the 10 health science schools across three U-M campuses that share the core missions of preparing future clinicians and scholars, while caring for patients within a number of health care systems.

Within each school, faculty members are actively engaged in educational experimentation and innovation, and many educators are working collaboratively through the Michigan Center for Interprofessional Education to develop and teach novel courses focused on interprofessional health education.

HPE Day will be highlighted by keynote speaker Lorelei Lingard, Ph.D., founding director and senior scientist at the Centre for Education Research and Innovation in London, Ontario, Canada.
