The Interprofessional Leadership Fellows program is designed to develop the leadership capacity of health sciences faculty members in the area of interprofessional education (IPE).

Fellows will learn from and work with academic and practice leaders across the university. This includes engagement in a monthly learning community, participation in a specialized training program, and the development and execution of an IPE project with a multidisciplinary team of fellows at U-M.

The fourth cohort of IPL Fellows from the Ann Arbor, Flint, and Dearborn campuses will begin the 18-month program in January 2019.
