Join the Michigan Medicine Spiritual Care Department as it honors Spiritual Care Week over the next few days!

The department encourages all members of the organization to celebrate the individual and collective contributions by Michigan Medicine’s diverse group of professional spiritual care providers and volunteer spiritual caregivers — a team that provides care and support to patients, families and colleagues at Michigan Medicine and in the surrounding communities.

As a highlight of the week, a panel discussion will be held on the medical campus, featuring Adam Marks, M.D., of palliative care, and staff chaplains Lori-Jene Brazier and Imam Kamau Ayubbi. The theme of the discussion is “Fielding Dreams: Understanding Spiritual Experience around End of Life.”

It will be held from noon until 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25 in the Sheldon Auditorium. It’s open to all patients, families and staff and boxed lunch will be available to the first 50 guests.

See you there!
