On Thursday, Sept. 13 at 5 p.m., the Taubman Institute will kick off a new educational series with Fei Wen, Ph.D.’s talk, “A 40-parameter view of the immune landscape at single-cell resolution … and other cool things you can do with CyTOF!”
The lecture and Q&A will take place from 5-6 p.m. in the Danto Auditorium of the Frankel Cardiovascular Center. A reception will follow from 6-7 p.m.
All are welcome to attend this free event, though please register by clicking here.
Wen is the Dow Corning Assistant Professor in the U-M Department of Chemical Engineering. Her group aims to develop an immunobioengineering platform for rapid and scalable biomanufacturing of universal viral vaccines.
Taubman Tech Talks will take place monthly to inform the U-M community about ongoing advances in an array of technologies. Upcoming dates include Oct. 11, Nov. 8 and Dec. 13; sign up for email alerts at TaubmanInstitute.org for updates on speakers and topics.
