Learn why health literacy is good business

In the next Patient Education and Health Literacy ForUM,  R.V. Rikard, Ph.D., a researcher at Michigan State University, will discuss why health literate care is essential to ensure organizations remain profitable in the changing health care market.

All Michigan Medicine clinicians and staff are invited to attend. The event will take place from 3:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Oct. 2 in the Research Auditorium at the North Campus Research Complex (NCRC) building 10. (Entry via building 18).

1.25 Nursing Contact Hours (CNE) will be provided to attendees. CME is also available.
