Do you spend at least 10 hours per week helping a family member or friend with physical care, activities of daily living, finances, emotional support or legal issues?

Join Caregiver PATH (Personal Action Toward Health), a free, interactive six-week workshop designed to help faculty, staff and their families deal with the daily challenges of caring for a loved one. Each workshop is evidence-based and led by certified leaders.

Learn to:

  • Manage your loved one’s difficult behaviors
  • Get the help you need from others
  • Communicate better with family, friends and the health care team

Workshop starts July 16
